I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I worked with Ron at the Santa Monica store and he was great.. I brought him something to frame that wasn't just a picture, I needed to frame a pair of shoes... it turmed out so well. It wasn't an easy job and took a couple of weeks to complete.. the quality of materials they used made such a difference. It was a wonderful experience.

I went into the store initially knowing absolutely nothing about framing, unsure if it was even worth the extra time and money to have it professionally done. Suzanne was amazing, and took my rough idea from concept to beautifully executed work in a way I simply wouldn't have been able to do on my own. Can easily say I will be a repeat customer for any framing needs I have in the future

The Frame Store did an amazing job tailoring to my wants and needs. Went in to get an 11x14 print framed and Michael was extremely helpful with design choices and explaining the different costs. I was able to pick out my own custom frame and matting pretty quickly with his help as well as going for the high end museum glass once we worked on the price a bit. Very pleased with the end result and definitely recommend this place for anything you would like to get framed and preserve for a long time.
