It's not Trader Joe's deli-feeling not does it compare with Wholefoods: Fred Meyer is an Oregon-based chain, FYI.
Located in Issaquah, right across from the lake Sammamish. Fred Meyer doesn't look that big from the outside but make no mistake: it's huge! Hence the fact they sell everything one needs on a daily basis. Extension cables? Plungers? Big orchid? Organic fresh produce? A pastry brush? Just to name a few items I had on my list: I found it all in this store.
Certain items are less expensive than Trader Joe's and others are not. Overall I'd say it's good value for money with excellent customer service and experience from 7am till late at night.
There's a sushi-conveyor-belt so one can sit down and enjoy freshly made sushi after grocery shopping. Truth being said: don't expect the quality of Bamboo Sushi, but also don't expect to pay much. It's all about the balance and for the money I paid, I enjoyed a little bit of sushi.
Olympia Provisions products are being sold here, great pate and salami. The bread department offers a huge variety of every single carb one can wish for. Grilled chicken and ribs for those days you don't feel like cooking.
I will have to divide my shopping time between Trader Joe's, Zupan Market and Fred Meyer: each offers their own good stuff. I'm definitely coming back to this store!! ๐๐๐๐
