Stopped into this Fed Meyer in Monroe while driving through to Leavenworth. Just wanted to find a Celsius energy drink, which I never did find. I passed by what seemed like 50 employees, all of which avoided eye contact and couldn't be bothered... I tried to lock eyes with multiple and they literally would turn away and act "too busy." The worst to me though if that the song blasting on their stereo system was TwentyOne Pilots "Heathens". In a culture today where everyone is so worried about offending everyone else, why would this store play a song celebrating heathens openly when it would most likely offend those of us who practice religion? I like TwentyOne Pilots, it's not about that. The problem is the store not giving a darn about the music they are playing making their customers feel uncomfortable. It's not a small mom and pop store, in which case I'd say they can play what they'd like. It's a huge chain corporate ran store; they literally should want to appeal to all demographics. Anyway, I obviously will just never step foot back into a Fred Meyer since the employees don't want to help a customer find a beverage and they don't care what offensive music they play.

Overall this is an average Fred Meyer. Recently they’ve added these unnecessary automatic gates to prevent thieves, however, they do not work as someone could jump over them, the standard people who are not shop lifting still have to deal with them though

Best Customer Service ever Caring knowledgeable and professional, this person at the Customer service desk was on point! I am surprised she is not running the company. It's a pleasure to be helped by such a Caring, knowing, Pilar of light in a sea of drones, cashiers asking questions like "What upc is this Produce Darnay" and her knowing it off the top of her head. Then the cashiers typed it in and exclaimed Omg your right. Professionalism beyond the abilities of a AVERAGE person. Whoever trained her management skills kudos to you!! THIS PERSON RUNS THE SHOW! Five stars to Darnay!
