We had been using this place for a couple years to store my mother in laws belongings who has dementia. I forgot to make a payment and was going to go on my payday and pay plus the late fee. They called my mother in law and screamed at her that she was lying and that she had dementia and this and that. Long story short she had a nervous breakdown from someone screaming at her that she had dementia on a day that she was rather lucid. She ended up trying to kill herself and is still in the hospital. They evicted her from the unit and since we were in Seattle at harborview with her we were unable to move all her belongings out and she has lost them. REALLY CRAPPY NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
