Frei Real Estate

Frei Property Management Company is the WORST - They manage the Mink Creek of Colfax Homeowners Association & have done a VERY BAD job of communicating with the 99 homeowners in this subdivision. The HOA Board of Directors does not post the minutes from the board meetings on the community bulletin board or have a posted phone number or website for homeowners to call in case of emergencies. I was a Mink Creek HOA Board Member & Treasurer in 2011 & 2012 - while on the Board of Directors I complained about Frei Real Estate hiring the Mink Creek of Colfax board president, Al Turner to do electrical repairs amounting to over $50,000 in labor that went directly into Mr Al Turner's business account - This was a BIG Conflict of Interest issue that tells me that Frei Real Estate Management cannot be trusted to DO THE RIGHT THING for the homeowners of Mink Creek subdivision.
