This company was a nightmare to work with. Slow to do any kind of repairs. We had a leak and water was coming through the ceiling. They finally got a plumber to come out and he made a hole in the wall. Not only did they just leave a big hole in the wall, they did not even fix the problem. We had a big hole in the wall and water damage in our living room walls. The dishwasher was cheap and malfunctioned with mold growing inside. We never even used it but they tried to charge us for it. I was shocked. Upon move out they charged us for wear and tear and anything they could find. We hung up art and tv mounts which caused holes. I even put putty in them and sanded them down. Thats called wear and tear. They said we left over a 100 holes which is utterly ridiculous. We asked for a detailed bill for the fixes and they wouldn't even send that. They provided excuse after excuse and eventually didn't send anything. These people will charge you for whatever they want and not provide proof of charges. Look at other 1 star reviews that say the same thing. I was disgusted by the way this "company" does business. On top of everything else, they accused us of stealing low quality drapes and a tv mount. They refused the walk through before cleaners came and then tried charging us for the items. We rented a fully furnished house and had zero need for them. After denying we stole anything they kept saying we stole them. These people are desperate for money and will do anything they can to take your money. They operate like a criminal organization. Plenty of other respectable property management companies to work with. They give landlords a terrible reputation.

My experience with Cascade Team Property Management has been amazing! Can’t say I’d ever imagine myself reviewing a property management company but here we are. I moved back to the Seattle area from AZ last May and thankfully I found a rental through these guys. I was concerned I I wouldn’t have anywhere to go once I arrived because EVERY SINGLE landlord/property management company I contactedI wouldn’t even return my calls once they found out I was still in AZ. I realize the market is hot but there’s something to be said about good ol customer service, simply caring. Thank goodness I found Cascade Team!! Karen was (and is) my point of contact and she’s fabulous! She’s responsive, professional, friendly and always willing to answer my stupid questions.. I highly recommended Cascade Team. ! Thank you for for being awesome!

The cascade team property management company is an amazing organization with a great professional team. They helped my wife and I buy our first home and made it a stress free and great experience. They went above and beyond assisting us with our investment, they are really good people who truly care about their clients. We have an ongoing relationship with them and know that I can always reach out to them and they will will be there. I highly recommend this company for all your real-estate or property management/investment needs. You will be in very good hands.
