Portland has quite a few hot yoga/heated work out studios...but none like this. Every single one of Fuel’s classes and instructors are challenging and leave you sweat-drenched. The yoga flow classes are often as much physical exertion as their “Flex” classes in the best possible way. The flex classes are the best indoor workout I’ve ever had. At Fuel you never have to worry if you’re getting the “good instructor” or if the room will be hot enough or if the class will be too easy. If you like the heat, like to sweat and like a class that makes you feel like you’ve actually reached your edge, this is the place.
Fuel is an awesome place; everyone is really hospitable. The instructors take the time to learn your name and they check in with you after each class to gauge how you’re doing. No other place to which I’ve subscribed provides such a welcoming atmosphere and incredibly effective workouts.
Practicing at Fuel has been invaluable in helping me maintain a positive attitude at work and reduce stress. Since I joined Fuel, I have more energy, my skin is healthier, and I'm losing excess weight and having fun doing it.
Online scheduling and payment is extremely easy. I can plan my schedule for the week then quickly make changes to my class bookings as life happens.
The classes are definitely athletic yet allow me to control how far I push myself. The instructors demonstrate progressively more challenging variations of each pose so I can choose how intense I want each session to be for me personally. And, the various levels of difficulty allow me to set goals for myself.
