CJ is such an amazing personal trainer and boxing coach! He knows exactly how to push me to do better while still being encouraging. The workouts he plans are so much fun and even the cardio (which I hate) is super fun, especially through boxing. He makes sure to incorporate training exercises I like and those that I need. CJ also does PT and helped me heal my hips and knees (which have been a huge problem for so long). The relief CJ helped me achieve through strengthening those areas was insane. My wife and I have been training with CJ for almost a year. Not only have we seen great results, but we’ve also been motivated to keep it going. No matter what we want to work on, CJ comes up with fun and challenging workouts that make the time in the gym fly. We love doing HIIT, boxing and lifting with him. From my observations working with us and his other clients, he’s great at coming up with workouts that match the level of the client. I’m very fit, but still come out of each workout feeling like I got a really demanding workout in a relatively short time.

I have been training with CJ for about 4 months now and I see a really big difference in my strength. He tries to understand your goals and his plan is always focused on getting you in the best shape for your goal. I really appreciate his insight and help and cant wait to see how much more stronger I can get. Thank you CJ!
