While some of the boots on the ground are good at the processes they are in charge of, there is a lack of leadership and ability to lead not only internally, but externally for their clients as well. At times, it feels more like we hired a bunch of amateurs rather than professionals. Quality customer service doesn't appear to be well grasped, nor follow through. Charged these guys with an end to end process as professionals and it's been quite the headache. The last guy that left a review didn't say much, but he wasn't wrong with his one star. Honestly, I'd stay away from these guys unless you've got someone that's in this business and can run them.

I found the customer service reps to be rude for our business, and, more egregiously, inaccurate about their information. They don't seem to understand the capabilities of their platform very well, and when you ask them how to accomplish a task that you asked them to build a platform around, they will claim that the system can do something that it clearly cannot do. We seem to be stuck with them, but I would not recommend them to anyone looking for end to end service providers.
