It’s something every time with this GameStop. I have never had a pleasant experience and have lived on this base for over a year now. To give some examples: I’ll call and ask if they have a certain game they’ll say yes I’ll come over then it’s gone, I go in to sell my games and they’ll only accept one or two, the customer service communication is subpar, unreliable business hours (they choose when to open), extremely limited selection with everything, disrespectful to military families overall. The last straw this time was having to wait out in the cold with absolutely no communication from the staff. I truly just cannot continue to go to this location anymore. I hope they either improve with their staff or replace the store with something else. Be better GameStop!

Incredible customer service and commitment to every patron. I visited this location three times. The first time was to borrow a cable to charge a hand held of mine that I had purchased elsewhere (they didn’t have any on hand for purchase but were more than willing to let me hang out in the store for OVER an hour just to charge my device!). The second time, I returned with intentions of purchasing a PS Vita and the store manager was immediately more than willing to get out every device to let me pick which ever one I desired. He didn’t rush me. He didn’t push me away and he encouraged me to be picky. After much deliberation I purchased the one of my choice. I purchased it on April 5th and brought it in today, the 27th. Something with the device had gone wrong but they were immediately willing to help me without blaming me or attacking me. I left extremely happy, for the third time. I will always be returning to this store and I recommend you stop in if you need to!

Second pre owned headset I’ve bought from this store. One took a little while to become defective. The second was defective straight out of the bag. When I returned the second headset I did not get my old headset back or the money back that I paid for that. So all I did was lose money shopping at the store today. I am for sure done shopping there though.
