Craig’s customer service has to be the worst thing this company has ever seen and that’s saying a lot. I would refuse to go into the north town location if this “guy” was working, and now I’ll never walk into the holland location again which is why I switched in the first place. How many years of this uninformed entitled POS will GameStop put up with apparently they can’t hire anyone else? Only a selfish, scheming company could keep this dirtbag around. Time to switch my main location, again… AGAIN!! This review is YEARS too late but bumping into the condescending awkward weirdo douchebag is a solid reminder to never come back, LATER CRAIG! QUIT YOUR LIFE ALREADY WE’RE ALL WAITING!!

Gamestop employees were very friendly and informative with any questions I may have had. They were respectful and asked if there was anything I could find as soon as I came in the door. The place was clean and the atmosphere was great. They had plenty of games and if not they could point me in the right direction. Also they had plenty of accessories to choose from as well. They have all of your gaming needs and I would highly recommend.
