I enjoy this Game Stop very much. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful! I am a casual gamer at best, but my spouse and child are fairly hardcore. More than once I have been guided to the right things for gifts...gifts that are truly enjoyed. That's full marks for those helping me with ideas and suggestions!

Brent at the game stop in Renton the worst. Brent refused to help me after a curtain Time which I felt was extremely unprofessional. He stated it’s because of mall hours and if he started helping me they could potentially be open later then they were suppose to. I’m pretty sure no store just locks their doors and kicks customers out or refuses to start the transaction. Won’t be going back and filing a complaint.
