Last week we noticed that our garage door was having issues where it wouldn't open via the wall button or any of the clickers, so we called up Garage Door Medics and were able to get us the soonest available appointment.
We had Rick Weaver as our technician and we were beyond satisfied with his service. He was friendly, helpful, and pointed things out during his routine service that we hadn't notice. Several other parts of the garage door mechanism needed replacing due to not having been maintained for many years, and he caught a frayed cable that may have been potentially very dangerous if had failed. He also never tried to upsell us items that we didn't need.
Overall, we would rate Rick's service (and Garage Door Medics) a 10 out of 5 if we could.
