I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the worst experience I've ever had. They showed up on Saturday gave me a quote of $400 but he needed some and would be back the next day. He showed up started the job 30 min later says he can't complete the job and gave me my deposit back. Took of quickly before I notice that he damaged the track and I'm missing parts. When I called the company Amir was extremely rude started to yell and curse at me. So unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone!!!

the service from garage door service la puente was outstanding! ernest himself showed up the morning after i requested a quote and had another expert, nolan, come out the next day who was just as remarkable. they were quick and courteous, and i'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Throughout the years, I've had the joy of enlisting a particular garage door service on three separate occasions for two distinct garage doors in La Puente. Every interaction has led to a highly satisfying and productive experience. Most recently, Leonard was the technician assigned to my job, and his work was genuinely exceptional.
