Patience is a virtue that bodes well when things are out of one’s control… I had to get a transmission replacement and what normally should have taken no more than 4-6 days to complete, took a bit longer than usual. But, Mitchell (at Gaynor’s Salmon Creek), kept me posted on the unfortunate situation between my extended warranty provider and Gaynor’s. He gave it to me straight, as to what was happening, and what to expect. I appreciated that- because regardless if it was an inconvenience, at least I was able to work out other options while my van was in the shop, longer than expected. Mitchell and Devin (Manager) understood the inconvenience I was going through, and in the long run, made things right.
