Visited gem pawnbrokers on 02/16/2024 at 179 st and Broadway to check if some jewelry I Purchase at another store was real and even though I didn't purchase the jewelry with them Francisco treated me like I regular Client Very professional and tested the jewelry for me. I can tell He’s very knowledgeable on jewelry I will definitely visit the store again Great customer service.
