HORRIBLE Front Desk staff. And in my experience, if the front desk staff is bad, the doctors are even worse. Healthcare Authority has told me on multiple occasions that if Primary Healthcare covers a service, then Apple Health (Medicaid) MUST cover as secondary (by law). However, the front desk staff started arguing about this as they refuse Apple Health 100%. Never did she even offer to put me through to someone in the billing department to discuss this further. Additionally, when I asked who else they could recommend, I was told that they don't refer elsewhere. So not only do they refuse health insurance that they have to take by law (they do accept my Primary), but they have such an ego about their practice being the best that they cannot refer to anyone else.
