Rosalba Sanchez is rude, seems like she gets annoyed if you ask for help. And will answer with a rude NOO!!.. When checking out she didn't look at me didn't say anything just grabbed the shirt scanned and said cash or card.. Store is great and great merchandise but your associate can make or break a customer experience and she sure is doing a good job at making sure customers don't return.. just some feedback from someone managing in customer service for 8 years
