I was not a happy camper when my car was hit at work, but taking it to Gerber was both quicker and easier than I could have thought. They went above and beyond in all aspects of my repair from communication, to simply how they treated me in the waiting room while I was there. I was honestly shocked with the turnaround time with my car, and was prepared for a much longer wait, but they were quick to get my car back to me in perfect condition. The communication along the way was great, they even walked me through the rental car company picking me up. I don't think I had to coordinate a single thing. And they even did a quick clean of it, which was super nice--the car was delivered to them in peak mom-car condition and came back to me better than I could have imagined.

My car was in the shop from November 15th to December 30th over a minor scuff. I had my car estimated in middle of October & was told to drop it off in November. I figured they scheduled my out in enough time to order whatever parts they needed to fix my vehicle. Little did I know they had me drop off my vehicle even though none of the parts came in or did they have the staffing to work on it. I had to repeatedly call the shop to get any kind of updates & always told " the tech will get back to you ". After talking to the front desk multiples times I was told " there are 70 other vehicles on our lot, you're not our top priority right now.." There is probably 70 cars on the lot because you have customers drop them off way before you're even ready to service them. I asked at least 3 times to come pick up my vehicle until they could do the service because again it was only minor cosmetic damage & was told no. I wouldn't be upset if they would've told me to come back at a later date when they actually were ready to work on my car. Rude customer service - I understand the pandemic has put a lot of strain on business but they could've at least communicated better & been more honest with how long the services take.
