EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called about a problem that resurfaced 3 years after repair, just to get some information going forward. I was totally surprised to hear that the part was still covered under warranty. I had no idea! Even though they were 3 weeks out on appointments, they had me come right in to have it taken care of, (it was only a 30 minute job). I started with them in 2006 and they have always been thorough and more than fair on every repair. And they do it all!. If you haven't been there, go meet them!
