I have to say I am very appreciative and impressed with Gal at Go Carpet Cleaning. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My previous experience with another company was very poor but Gil was able to educate me and ultimately help me find an easy and affordable solution to my issue. Highly recommend Go Carpet Cleaning!

I wanted to write because Oscar was professional and outstanding with his company's services. I had some residual pet odors on our carpet and he asked many questions over the phone and then in person explained in detail what treatments he would be using based on our needs. He was thorough and took his time and asked for my inspection post-treatment, then followed up the next day. In this case, it seemed his effort was more about making sure a customer was in a good environment with clean carpets, and less about business or charging a premium. For his care, professionalism and reasonable rates, I will be a repeat customer of GO carpet cleaning!
