Being NOT a professional in the field of inspections, I had to point out several areas of this house where the owner of this business didn't think it was important to mention obvious problems in his report. For repairs he charged way too much. From the beginning his wife was very nice to talk to, towards the end she didn't like me pointing out his incompident work habits.
