Matt and his crew were great to work with. We just bought our first home and the recurring feedback from our inspector and various other folk who've been down in our crawlspace was "that's the nastiest crawlspace I've ever been in". Matt & Co came in and saved the day and gave us a full insulation cleanout and pest exclusion over the course of about 6 hours. Overnight the residual stank that was coming from our crawlspace began to disappear, and our rat traps suddenly became a lot more active! Matt was very knowledgeable and was keen to share his insights and tips throughout the process, and we walked away feeling empowered to take care of our new home. Going into the crawlspace no longer requires a hazmat suit!
Thanks again guys!
Red flags that in retrospect I should've noted: 1) Their address is inside an apartment complex 2) Thier phone number is a Google VoIP number 3) How far apart time-wise their reviews are What happened: I scheduled a pest control appointment with them over phone for 8 am. No one ever showed up and they simply rejected my calls and never even contacted me. Since they open at 8am, I was sure they are not stuck with another customer before me and was just thinking they overslept! But no, they did not care or honor their appointment or job. This is as uneprofessional as a "business" gets if they are in fact a "business". Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and stay as far away from this place as you can. Honestly, there is a big chance they are just a scam.
UPDATE: Just read this guy's response! He accepted the job from my property management company, gave me his first availability which was in 24 hours, decided to not show up for whatever illogical reasons he says despite him being fully aware of those, and didn't even have the slightest decency to give a notice that he won't show up, and elected to hide and not answer our calls! I took the day off work to stay home to take care of this and kept waiting for a couple of hours. You should be ashamed of yourself for running such a practice sir, for shame.
