Inspector Branden was a very friendly gentleman who seemed very open, honest, knowledgeable, and experienced. Did a very through inspection which showed the drywood termite infestation was only in a limited area. He gave us peace of mind which was very much appreciated. Gold Standards's service is awesome but based off cost comparisons you will pay a bit more for getting it along with the inspections every year following treatment. If i could have convinced husband and we could have afforded the additional expense I would have chosen this company over all the others simply because of this inspection as well as the services they offered. They definitely went well beyond what everyone else was willing to do. This company truly is the Gold Standard.

Branden lived up to his great reviews, he did a very thorough inspection and made good suggestions for termite related or not related items. So he didn't up sell those items home owners can easily take care of. He took pictures or videos for home owners' reference - another powerful tool. He connected with you so you can ask him any questions, even not inspection related. If you need inspection, make sure you include this company to see how great he is and to compare with other companies.
