This company worked great for us. I like that you can buy a ferry ticket from Sausalito with the bike rental at the time of booking.
I do wish they opened earlier in the morning. It would have been nice to cycle the bridge or at least see the Palace of Fine Arts at sunrise.
The only real setback was that my bike squeaked every single time I braked. It was so loud and I felt a bit self-conscious about it.
They were busy and on and off-boarded us quickly. They did just seem to grab random bikes and one had a front wheel that was off-center (which they replaced quick enough).
All and all, just make sure the bikes fit and look over them before riding off. Otherwise it was ok. We would rent from them again.
