Prior to GSC during 2020-2021, my workouts and motivation were really lacking. I started attending GSC over a year ago and figured I would just start with going 3 days a week. After the first month, I felt motivated again, liked the coaching and classes, and was excited to change to an unlimited plan so I could go as much as I wanted! It’s become my routine again, which feels really good. If you are in the area and looking for a great gym, come check it out!

Found Golden State after doing an online search, I was looking for a new gym with a good community of people. I definitely found that with Golden State. I was at a point in my life where I had put on a little extra weight and didn't have a lot of motivation to push myself. I needed good solid coaching for weightlifting and the consistency of 3 to 4 workouts a week GS feels like a second family to me now. Crossfit classes are now part of my weekly routine, and i have definitely seen an improvement in my overall physical ability & body composition. I am part of the "morning crew ", love coach Eddie!

Golden State CrossFit has helped me on my health journey tremendously so far. Because of the easy to follow accountability nutrition plan, my monthly body scans, and my individualized home workouts, I’ve lost over 10 pounds so far this year. The personal attention and detailed orientated membership is priceless. Couldn’t have asked for better coaches to support me on my health journey!
