Don't live with them. Any appliance repair (for already very old appliances) are paid half by the tennant. Save your money, find a respectable company to rent from.

Great communication and really enjoy working with Jay. She is a great person and will do whatever she can to help. Good property management company to work with.

This company is extremely unresponsive. I've been trying to reach someone for a whole week with leasing questions about a unit that was just listed. I've left numerous messages and sent several emails with out any response. I don't think the owners of these properties would be happy to know that this property management company is slow quick to respond to potential tenants.
