Santiago was responsive, professional, and informative. A tile had fallen from my roof and I needed it fixed asap. Santiago came out the day after I contacted him. He explained why the tile fell and fixed the problem area that same day. His price was reasonable and will definitely be contacting him for any future roofing needs.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality and professionalism shown by Santiago Gomez at Golden Winter Roofing. The new roof and gutters on my rental property in Los Angeles look great and have significantly increased the street appeal of the building. Work began and ended right on schedule and he communicated and updated me from beginning to end and addressed any concerns I had promptly. It was obvious from our first meeting that he is knowledgeable in his trade and is direct and honest, which is a great trait to have in the contracting business. I would recommend Santiago Gomez and Golden Winter Roofing to anyone that asks me about a roof and I will not hesitate to use him again when needed on my personal home or other properties.

I hired Santiago to fix a leak on our roof in January 2020 and paid nearly $2000. We didn't experience any measurable rain during all of 2020, and when our roof was tested for the first time, with the recent hard rains, we experienced the same leak, in the exact same area. I called Santiago and he explained the warranty was only 12 months, and now that it was 24 months, it was no longer under warranty. I understood that I would have to pay and asked him to come out and fix it anyway, since it was his original work. He ghosted me, and completely ignored all my calls and messages. So I paid him for work, that I now need to hire a real professional to fix. Unless you plan to pay for the exact repair, every couple of years, highly recommend to steer clear of Santiago.
