I wish I could give Goudy Honda negative 5 stars. I think it is very telling that they only follow up with raving reviews on here instead of asking the lower reviews how they can do better. My service representative took advantage of me 1000% and I did not know enough about cars to fight back. I have had amazing experiences at EVERY OTHER Honda dealership I have worked with. This is the first garage that took advantage of me. They knew I knew nothing about cars and charged WAY MORE than the other Honda dealerships for extremely basic maintenance. PLEASE for your own sake go to Long Beach Honda or Glendale Honda. Goudy Honda took the tires off my vehicle and did NOTHING FOR HOURS while I waited until I started CRYING in front of them. Then I got my tires back and they tried to tell me my car had a leak that would cost thousands of dollars to fix on top of the enormous price they charged me for basic routine maintenance. I do not trust them at all and I advise nobody does. They had to move locations and do not even use the name of the town that they are in: Alhambra. I would not be surprised if they are not allowed to use the town name because of their shady business practices. I absolutely do not trust any 5 stars review from this place.
