Perhaps it was because I came toward the end of the day, but the service was not what I had experienced before. They never shared with me the state of my car upon arrival. They didn’t check all my fuels. I asked them to check the coolant. The young man went back to check it and came back stating it is very low. That I should wait until engine cooled and add it to the full mark. In the past all those things would have been checked including air tire pressure and windshield wiper fluid. On the statement it said they had checked many fluids but that’s hard to believe now. Also, I noticed they poured the oil out of an open plastic container. Not sure how they could tell how many quarts they put in.

they put the wrong oil in my suburban. I called and asked if they had conventional oil and they said yes. after they were done, I looked at the bottles they used and saw they used a synthetic blend. normally, this would seem like a better oil but I drive a very old vehicle that needs conventional. I told them that I didn't want the oil but they said that it was all they had. so I ended having to take it. bummer!

Highly recommend Greese Monkey in Normandy Park, they were extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle and it's service requirements. They tested all my lights, turn signals, completed my oil change and went through additional items that I will need to service soon, but no hard sell. Very pleasant experience and friendly staff!
