I usually wouldn’t say anything but thought I might under my circumstances. As I entered the store, the gal at the bread counter (long ponytail and glasses) greeted me, asked me if I wanted any sample pieces of bread, and then proceeded to rub her hands through the end of her ponytail. Then, she walked over to begin filling orders for the people in front of me without washing her hands or putting on gloves. It’s just so unsanitary to do that and it’s pretty gross in the food service industry to experience something like that. I LOVE Great Harvest and have never experienced a situation like this before. If it’s a habit for this gal to run her hands through her hair, she might consider wearing her hair in a different style to help prevent the situation from occurring while at work. Just thought the management would like to know.:/

I ate here with my son, after not being able to get a table at Graze, and I'm so glad we did! It turned out to be just as good, if not better than the other place, which is where I normally go when visiting Kennewick. When we arrived, we were given a sample of their new version of Monkey Bread, which was delicious. When ordering our sandwiches, the guy working was very helpful in making recommendations. My Turkey Pesto sandwich was delicious, and was great leftover 2 days later! This will be my new spot when visiting.

The sandwiches, the freshly baked breads, muffins, and treats 😍 everything is so delicious here. They even have fresh syrups and jams. There is no going once to Great Harvest, you’ve either never been or you go several times because the food is that good. And they have gift cards!
