Wholly attitude. Number-goes to customer service. I just wanted to see if something was in stock to purchase. No return call. “We can put an urgent request in for them to check the stock and call you back”. No one called 2 days later. Clearly you don’t need the business. I don’t even want to support the brand given the snotty attitude but it’s a 2k gift I need regardless if I go to a woman’s or Saks to get it, Gucci still gets my money. Remove the attitude.

Have you been to the new change of design Gucci store at Lenox. If you haven't, please take the time and go and ask for Amyra. The store is nice and bright but the service is on Fire if you get Amyra's help.

Stay away from this gucci store. You think they will give you a top notch customer service after you spend more than $2k?
Their service is the worst. Spend your money elsewhere.
