I had the opportunity to work with Kevin and Daniel and I'm glad I did. They made it possible for me to own my very first home. Thanks to them and their team I am now able to have roof for my family. I have a unique situation compare to the standard procedure in the Home Loan Processing and I understand that it was hard because I'm only approve for a certain amount of loan but Kevin didn't make me feel that it's not impossible to do it. He understand my situation and he knows what to do. They were on top of everything. And I do get anxious sometimes and would call both of them and they would always pick up and would always have answers to my questions. They would let you know what the procedures are and what are the next steps. I definitely would recommend Kevin and Daniel. They do their job great and very professional. Daniel is very sincere of helping his client. All in all I'm very satisfied on how they handled my unique situation. Thank you so much I really appreciate all you hard work!

We purchased our first home through Guild Mortgage and they did our refinance loan as well once the interest rates dropped. Daniel and Kevin walked us through EVERY single step with such patience. They told us what to expect and if any surprises came up, they were in our favor. I would recommend Guild Mortgage to everyone and insist on Kevin Day and Daniel Song to help you!!!! Kevin Day is great! He is very patient, checks in regularly, and always there when I need explanation. I worked with him when I purchased my first home, and again, currently with my refi. Kevin and Daniel are awesome to work with, and they made my experience smooth. I highly recommend, and I will definitely work with them again!
