Every time I call them I stay waiting for hours then I hung up at the end so my daughter immunization be missing 🤨🤨

So upset with this unit - it's hard enough remembering anything with a newborn let alone appointment dates early in the morning while you've been up all night -- they send you a text message reminder AFTER your appointment time once you've already missed it!

This is the worst call center service i have never had before.That lady work there so rude ,she even didnt listen then hang up the phone.I called them around 340pm on July,30.
