They were so kind and helpful as always been using them from the time I was learning to drive and be responsible for My car and now that I'm a retired senior, some of the faces have changed but not the excellent service

While attempting to get on the highway early in the morning for a 12-hour drive, I was greeted with a flat due to a puncture. Gunderson repaired it for free, asking only that I consider them next time I buy tires. Guess what? I absolutely will. If they are willing to do quality work and treat a non-customer in a foul mood with courtesy and professionalism, I will make every attempt to do business with them in the future!

A little disorganized. Needed a break job on my Tundra. Got a quote on a Wednesday, made an appointment for 10 days later at 10 am on a Saturday
Checked in at 9:50. Technician took it for a joy ride at 10AM. Contacted me at 10;20 to give me a written quote. Already did that 10 days prior. Told him yes that is why I'm here with an appointment. Told me it will take 2 hrs and he already wasted 30 minutes with the repeated quote.
