They are professionals here, meaning they are expert diagnosticians and fixers of cars, and they are expert communicators and explainers, too, if you want that (who doesn't?!). They are all, to a man (yes, they are all men, by my observation over the past 7 years), friendly and accommodating and deeply knowledgeable about cars. You can confidently trust them.

I’ve brought my 2014 MINI Cooper Countryman in here twice and I won’t take it anywhere else. Great service, incredibly knowledgeable staff, and an all-around great shop. I couldn’t be happier to have found a mechanic to take care of my car and keep it going.

Great service, price, and easy to make an appointment. Work was performed in a timely matter. I’m relieved they were still able to work with my hybrid BMW and perform the regular maintenance service.
