Installed our system completely incorrectly. it has broken down at least a dozen times since they installed it two years ago, and they keep claiming that they have fixed it.
We have had to hire third parties to diagnose their installation errors, and they continue to claim that they are “gonna make this right.”
They claim to have an A+ rating from the better business bureau. That is a fabrication. They have an F.
They miss at least 60% of their appointments and on several occasions have claimed that they performed work that they did not perform.
On their last visit, they left ducts completely disconnected, so we were cooling our attic and crawl spaces instead of our home.
They simply do not deserve to be in business.
Not sure where the positive ratings are coming from but I surely can write a novel of what went wrong upon hiring this company. Major regret on my end.
This company does not respect their customer’s time. For 3 times now in my experience, they failed to show up in their scheduled appointment. They already put you on a 4-hour arrival window but nobody would still show up. Their claim is that the tech is stuck in another location. Why would they overbook appointments? Then now I am calling and complaining but the person over the phone has no remorse or whatsoever.
This company needs a reality check if they want to stay in business. It looks like majority of its customers are facing the same issues.
If you are an affected customer, please file a complaint! Haddon cannot keep doing this to us.
I had Jake Granberry from Haddon out yesterday. He was on time, and very friendly. Excellent service and he cleaned up after himself.
I had another company come out before to do some repairs, they were more expensive, and didn't do as through an inspection as Jake did. He found things others had missed.
Unfortunately, I will have to replace my A/C in the next few years, and I will have Haddon come and do it.
They also offered a monthly plan which includes 2 inspections and tune ups, and a discount on labor. The plan costs less than one visit from the other company.
