Terrible service.

I was told the driver will be at my apartment between 11am to 1pm. But he didn't show up until 5pm. The whole time I was calling their customer service and all they said was "soon"

When the driver hooked his equipment to my car's front bumper, he damaged it by causing a deep scratch. When I called him out on it (as I was standing next to him) he just shrugged it off and said the damage was "already there".
