Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my visit to Seattle. Hotel is located at a very convenient location next to highway and 10 mins from airport. Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. Room was clean and Complimentary Breakfast in morning was decent. Parking is free for guests and pick up/drop off shuttle service was a plus.
Besides all its positives, hotel needs a major renovation. Room smells weird, AC was super loud and bathroom was dated.
I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel.

Rooms are nicely updated, no closets, just a small wardrobe. AC doesn't seem to keep the room a constant temp... didn't notice construction in the hotel but they were driving pilings nearby which caused me to find another place to finish some work. Probably wouldn't choose this location again. Has shuttle and pool. Staff is fantastic.

During my stay they were preforming construction. All weekend and during the week. Literal jack hammering starting at 9am heard through all floors. Staff nice enough to offer room change. But then was discovered the sound was going to be heard on all floors. At one point they had the water turned off for five hours. This is unacceptable as no notice of this was made prior to purchasing the room. Extremely disappointed in Hilton to allow the business to still sell rooms, not offer any discounts, and give no notice this was taken place. The only notice seen was a note in the elevator saying “the water will be periodically turned off. No discount will be offered for this.” Had an extremely unpleasant experience in this hotel. This could have been managed much easier to allow guests a noise free experience. But that would have included not selling half the hotel in increments. Clearly they weren’t going to do that. Location nice. Spent most of my time out of my room as from 9a-6p it was a loud construction site. Glad the mall was close.
