Don't use this pharmacy. It may be convenient but they are very bad for either seasonal visitors or year-round residents. It is clear that there is virtually no customer service training or skills. They are uncaring, arrogant and treat customers like a bother. They will never take that extra step needed to resolve a problem, even just make a quick phone call. Best to go to Parker or Blythe or get your prescriptions via mail order to ensure you get your medications in a friendly, timely manner. They lost our business.
In response to the reply from the pharmacy, there were many occasions that my husband and I had problems. This one, with all facts not stated, was simply the icing on the cake and the last straw. I gave an honest review.
Made a phone call for a vaccination last week to make an appointment. I was told oh you don't need an appointment. Dropped by this week. Got to have an appointment now. None of their hours are even close to one another. Web site radio ads posted door hours all different. The original vaccination roll out at the community center was a fiasco also. If I could give them no stars I would.
