Very helpful, as usual. They have a good selection of equipment and even though they are a near monopoly since we are on an island, they always give great service.

They know their products and do a great job serviceing and repairing what they sell and more. But a recent incident was troubeling. I purchased a new generator via phone that I had looked at just about an hour before. It was on sale at $3995. Down from $4495. They were to deliver it to Roche ramp next morning. All went well but I later discovered they had charged my CC for the $4495 plus tax. I called and was told the sale had ended before I bought it. Not a good way to install customer support.
