I bought a hard notched customs winch ready bumper back in August of 2013.

1. It arrived scraped from shipping because it wasn't packed correctly. the "touch up" paint that I received did not match the bumper color.
2. I had to drill new holes in the bumper mounting bracket as these holes would not line up with the truck mounts.
3. My 2" receiver drop hitch would not fit in the bumper so I had to file the bumper receiver until it did.
4. The 4" fog lights would not fit in the bumpers 4" holes so I had to modify the lights to get them to fit in the bumper.
5. I installed a winch last month only to discover that the bumper is RUSTING from the inside out. The rust is showing on the bottom of each piece, I can only assume that the metal was not properly prepared before it was originally painted.
6. The holes for the winch shackles were out of round and the 3/4" shackles would not fit until I filed these holes until the shackles fit.

Even though I like the looks of the bumper, the quality and craftsmanship is very poor. I would not recommend this product!
