I received a call from the owner about a deceased sibling, she was impoverished, and let him know the us siblings have no funds available and would not pay for the disposal of her remains, He stated, "Oh so you do not want to do anything for your sister." Laying on a guilt trip is not only unprofessional, but callous, and only concentrating on their bottom dollar and not on how it hurts to have lost a sister and NOT be able to do anything for her. This man is horrible if you don't have funds. Boo to you Mark!

Our kitty of 18 years, Margie Michelle, passed away very early Saturday morning. We contacted Harper-Ridgeview that morning. After talking with an answering service, we were promptly contacted by funeral director Cathleen McCormick, who agreed to meet us at 11:30 a.m. at the Port Angeles site near Safeway. Ms. McCormick was professional, informative and compassionate in caring for our cat and arranging a private cremation. We received Margie back a little more than a week later. Because it was a weekend, we did have to pay a $200 overtime fee in addition to the $295 cremation fee that included an urn and a paw print. Overall, we were impressed with the compassion and professionalism displayed by the employees, particularly Ms. McCormick. Margie is now home with us.

My family and I were very pleased with Harper-Ridgeview. Mark was our main contact and he was kind, respectful, calming and very helpful. He explained the choices and processes clearly. I highly recommend them to care for your loved one.
