Where to start with my experience? For starters, Matt was AMAZING, compassionate, understanding, sympathetic, all of the above! I explained my circumstances to which I had to unfortunately say I will be going through chemotherapy infusions and will inevitably lose my hair.
I walked in a month ago with 32 inch virgin hair, 2 weeks later, I chopped it shoulder length (to better help prepare mentally). Matt explained thoroughly the differences in wigs , quality and Tailored to my lifestyle (mother of 2 , one being a active 1 yr old)
He recommended a 16” inch full laced wig.
I was accompanied by my mother and Aunt who graciously offered to provide me with a beautiful piece.
We narrowed it down to full lace, 16” inch length. We ordered a custom piece with an expedited turn around of a week & a half.
I went in today and was emotionally happy with the end result!
