I have been a condo owner for almost 20 years and have had to work with Haven Management. My first experience was with Nadine, who was very responsive and reachable. Over the last 10+ years I can honestly say it has been a nightmare trying to get someone to respond, and actually act like they give a *#$%.
I recently had a plumbing issue in my unit and had to call out a remediation company. When I asked for a simple call back to inquire about CC&R's I was told I would get a call that day. It has now been 4 days, which is important when you are dealing with water damage. I left a long message yesterday and finally got a call back today, which I did not answer. I did research on my own to find a copy of my CC&Rs.
Their website is so basic. It's almost like they are trying to deter you from trying to reach anyone at their office. I'm not sure why we have kept them for this long. I know it's my fault and I should have joined the board when I had the opportunity. But just look at their reviews. The stars speak for themselves.
