I would definitely hire Haven Spa Pool & Hearth again!
I hired Haven to install a natural gas fireplace, and couldn't be happier with the result! The process was smooth, convenient, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would TOTALLY recommend.
ALL of the staff were absolute rockstars! Marshall initially helped us in the showroom, and couldn't have done a better job in making us feel welcome and helping us pick out which fireplace would be the right fit for us. The GM that did the initial assessment, Stephan, was a lovely, knowledgeable man who helped us narrow down exactly what we needed. Cool dude. Very no-nonsense, which we were super appreciative of. The install team, Sean, Kyle, and Michael, were all super nice, extremely considerate, and great at their jobs. They even took extra steps to protect my new carpeting, which I really appreciated. The new fireplace looks awesome, and I can't wait to turn it on!
Every step of the way, this process has been easy, and filled to the brim with nice, knowledgeable people. Have I mentioned how nice they all are? The nicest. I would definitely hire them again.
