If you want a haircut that looks as cheap as is costs. Go here. Terrible. I went it for a regular trim with layers. The lady was making super reckless and drastic cuts the whole time. She kept arguing with me when I told her how long I wanted my bangs. When we got to the end I asked her to take them just a little bit shorter and she ended up (very aggressively) cutting a whole extra inch. Also they don't mention when you call that they are CASH ONLY. I had to walk to the other block with wet hair to pull out cash. The haircut I got also didn't include a wash OR drying. When I got home and my hair was dry I realized that it was lopsided and uneven. if you're really on a budget then this place IS affordable, but the quality of the cut definitely reflects that.

No frills, no nonsense, reliably $20 and not much over $20 (tip well they are a steal).
