Unprofessional. So my appointment was at 5pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. I sat outside the shop for 30 minutes. I reached out to the lady that was suppose to do my hair and her phone was going straight to voice-mail. Also, I texted her. She called me 15 minutes later and stated that her phone died and something was wrong with her charger. Also, she was buying food. So, instead of you being at the shop the time you booked my appointment, you doing something else. She said do you still want your hair done or you to mad. I told her yes I still want my hair done. She said she will call me as soon as she get to the shop. She text me about an hour later. I told her nevermind.
