Donn is hands down the most experienced, reliable commercial property inspector there is in the Central Valley. I've used him for small apartment inspections (less than 10 units) and also on buildings over 50 units. He is prompt, thorough and professional when performing his inspections. His reports are informative, easy to navigate and comprehensive. Donn also is always available to discuss the findings of the report should I have any questions. I would recommend Donn to anyone in need of a report for a commercial building, especially an apartment building.
