Had a service call at property due to pump controller alarm going off. Wife was home but I was not. After 20 minutes of investigating, wife was told the timer in the control box was bad and part obsolete and we needed a brand new pump controller box quoted at 3500.00 plus a pump out on the tank. I called later because I didn't understand why the internal part (timer) couldn't be replaced and was told by the office the whole box needed to be replaced due to it being so old. Looked at box myself with a multimeter, found the defective part was the contactor coil causing the pump to abruptly shut off. This was a 93 dollar part at Platt electric. Replaced part, all good. Techs should have caught this easy fix instead of trying to upsell a brand new unit.

I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time I used hemley’s septic service! all were efficient and great! first I was worried about sanctioning our septic but the guys were honest and told me not to worry for about 3 more years before it need sanctioning. Now this last one was all about health department asking for routine inspection so I called hemley’s right away and made me an appointment on the spot. The guy who came to do the inspection were great! I will definitely keep calling hemley’s whenever I need a septic service!

I have Jacob and Fabeien worked for my septic tank system today.They are doing really good job! Since I got my house I haven’t had any issues with it until the alarm went off.My friend recommended Hemley to me.They worked professionally ,told me what was going wrong in my septic system and explained it to me . I am so glad that Jacob and Fabeien here to pumped my tanks and figured out the problem and gave me a good suggestion.Thanks!
